Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?
Subscriptions and free trials are billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel, open your device's subscription settings. If you cancel during the free trial you won't be charged; if you cancel a paid subscription it stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account you used to subscribe, then tap Restore purchases on the paywall or in Account settings. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account that made the original purchase.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app in Account settings. If you can't access the app, visit /delete-account or email us at support@arabybuddy.com with the subject "Delete My Account".
The speech feature isn't recognising me correctly.
Check that microphone permission is granted in your device settings and that you're in a reasonably quiet environment. If the issue persists, email us — include the lesson or activity where it happened so we can reproduce it.
I found a bug or want to suggest a feature.
Great — email us. We read every message. If it's a bug, a screenshot or short screen recording speeds things up a lot.
